NHB Advt. No. NHB/HRMD/Recruitment/2026-27/01 invites applications for officer-level posts in India’s apex housing finance institution.

Direct recruitment/contract posts: AGM (Accounts), Manager (HR), Manager (Legal), and DGM (Company Secretary) on contract.

Indian citizen (or eligible categories as per notification).

AGM (Accounts): CA/CMA or MBA/PGDM (Finance) + 12 years’ experience in SCBs/AIFIs/PSUs (min. 8 years in taxation/GST/regulatory reporting).

Manager (HR): MBA/PGDM (HR) + 4 years’ HR experience in banks/HFCs/NBFCs/AIFIs/PSUs.

Manager (Legal): LLB/LLM + 3 years’ experience in banks/HFCs/NBFCs/law firms (SARFAESI, DRT, property laws).

DGM (Company Secretary) [contract]: Graduate + ICSI membership + 12 years’ experience; must have served as CS/ACS.

GM (IT) [deputation]: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) + 12 years’ IT experience in PSBs at DGM level and above.

DGM (HR) [deputation]: MBA (HR) + 10 years’ HR experience in PSBs at AGM level and above.

Age as on 1 September 2026 — post-wise limits apply; relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen per GoI rules.
